1、新买回来的菜心在水中洗净,然后浸泡十分钟,去除农药。

2、因家里都是小的圆盘子,我就将菜心从中心切断分成梗和叶两部分。

3、锅中放排骨汤烧开,下菜心梗的部分,待梗全部变色,再下叶,煮开调味,至菜心熟透钱砀渝测(我比较喜欢吃熟狠一点的菜),把菜捞出放到盘子里。

4、排骨汤也不能浪费,加少量化开的淀粉勾芡,淋到菜心上。

5、这时菜心的味道已经很好了,为了让菜品更加好看和好吃,锅洗干净后,正常菜需要的油,油热后加葱、姜、蒜末炒香,并加酱油爆锅,趁热淋到菜心上,这道高汤菜就做好了,很简单吧?
