regard用法

1、作为动词，表示“考虑、看待”，常用于被动语态中，例如：He is regarded as a genius. (他被认为是个天才。)

2、作为介词，表示“关于、就……而言”，例如：With regard to the problem, we need to find a solution as soon as possible. (关于这个问题，我们需要尽快找到解决方案。)
