1、鸭子洗干净,葱姜洗净

2、锅里放冷水,放几根葱,姜片,把鸭子放进去开火煮.水滚后转小火,加料酒转中火煮15--20分钟,关火把鸭子捞出,汤装出留用

3、洗净锅子,剩下的葱分两份一份打葱结,和姜,桂皮一块,八角两个一起塞进鸭肚子还有一份葱垫在锅底(防止煮的时候鸭子粘锅)

4、把鸭子放进锅里,把刚才的鸭汤倒进去,加两勺老抽,两勺生抽,盖上锅盖大火煮开转小火炖期间要给鸭子翻身数次,如果期间感觉汤汁太少了可以再加点

5、期间要给鸭子翻身数次如果期间感觉汤汁太少了可以再加点,大概炖个一个小时,开盖用筷子戳鸭子肉厚处,能轻松戳进去就可以打开锅盖

6、汤汁收的很少了,就可以把鸭子装起,等鸭子凉了,斩块装盘,淋上汤汁上做好了。。。
